Pregnancy: {Week 17}

Today marks my 17th week. Things are starting to get a lot better in the nausea department. I’m starting to feel a lot more energetic and not so fatigued throughout the day. I have another check up next Tuesday, which maybe (hopefully we’ll get to do another ultrasound) Daddy can see the baby. He has to go to this check up with me. 🙂

How your baby’s growing:

Your baby’s skeleton is changing from soft cartilage to bone, and the umbilical cord — her lifeline to the placenta — is growing stronger and thicker. Your baby weighs 5 ounces now (about as much as a turnip), and she’s around 5 inches long from head to bottom. She can move her joints, and her sweat glands are starting to develop. (babycenter.com)
